Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high‑volume periods (holidays, new product drops, or restocks), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates (United States)

We offer simple, transparent flat‑rate shipping based on your order total:

  • $6.95 shipping on orders under $40 
  • $8.95 shipping on orders $40–$59.99
  • Free shipping on orders $60

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your cart total.

Delivery Estimates

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier transit times.

We currently ship using USPS and UPS, depending on package size and destination.

International Shipping (Canada)

We currently ship to Canada.

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.
  • Delivery times vary by location and customs processing, typically 7–21 business days.

 Wholesale Orders

Wholesale customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Order Issues, Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed to the carrier, The Oil Atelier is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional reshipment fee.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our personal care products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns on items that have left our facility for quality and safety reasons.
